• Assistant conversations: questions you type into the on-site AI assistant, stored to improve answers and prevent abuse. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected via privacy-friendly analytics if you consent.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, operate the AI assistant and search, keep the site secure, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

AI providers

The site assistant, search and translation features send text to AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) under their API terms, which do not permit training on that data.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, analytics, AI APIs), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years; assistant logs for up to 12 months; analytics in aggregated form.

Your rights
